Named after my word for 2016 – Eleven, naturally – Elevenses will start with an analysis of your 2015 results. We’ll pore through your numbers and your results, assess what worked great and what less-so, talk about what you loved and also about what you hated. And figure out what you’d like to do more of.  From there, we’ll examine your existing business model, including your pricing, and culminate with a business plan that puts you on track to that best year yet.

Oh, and along the way, especially as we’re considering your business model and your pricing, we’ll talk a lot about your Hustle-to-Chill Ratio and how to get that puppy in balance for 2016 and beyond.

Session 3: We’ll identify your very own Quiet Power, that secret sauce you bring to your work and which is the key to success on your terms. 

Session 4: Next up is determining your Chief Initiative for the year. What’s that Big Thing you want to accomplish? How do we line up all of your resources, skills, talents, offerings, to get you there?

Session 5: To drive toward your Chief Initiative, we’ll refine your Business Model Plan for 2016, and dive into your Revenue Plan for the year.

Session 6: We will tie it up with a bow – we’ll put the finishing touches on your plan for the year, and make sure you’ve got a tracking system and interim markers of success to help you celebrate all the way to your personal Eleven.
